our programsexclusive to re:cognition

Two qualifications.

Which one's for me?

Diploma

Start with the Diploma if…

  • You're going to lead wellbeing in a workplace, school, community or your own practice.
  • You want depth, electives, peer cohort and coaching alongside accreditation.
  • You'll design, deliver and measure wellbeing initiatives, not just apply them yourself.
  • You're aiming at senior wellbeing roles, coaching practice, or consulting.
Certificate IV

Start with the Cert IV if…

  • You're new to wellbeing science and want a gentle, self-paced way in.
  • You want to build your own wellbeing capability first and informally support others.
  • Online and flexible matters more than face-to-face cohort experience.
  • You're a school leaver, early-career, mid-career changer, or returning to study after time away.

re:cognise yourself first.
Then take it into the rooms you're responsible for.

the pathway

Or take both, in order.

Cert IV first. Then Diploma. A real path that many of our graduates take.

Some students arrive ready for the Diploma. Others want to test the science of being human on themselves before they commit to a year. Both routes work.

Cert IV graduates progress into the Diploma with credit for what they've already learned. The two qualifications are designed to ladder, not to compete.

the model

How we deliver.

Small cohorts. Working practitioners. A student coach you can call by name. Tools that land on Monday morning.

Every course we run is facilitated by working practitioners across positive psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence and applied wellbeing. Every learner is paired with a dedicated student coach. Cohorts are kept small enough that you're known by name. Assessments are read by a human who replies in their own words. The work is built to land in your real life from week one.

Facilitator
  1. Working practitioners.

Facilitated by people who do this work in the field, not just teach it.

  2. A dedicated student coach.

One person you can call by name. Across the whole course.

  3. Small cohorts.

Kept small enough that your assessments are read by a human who replies in their own words.

  4. Tools for Tuesday morning.

The work lands in your real life from week one. Every assessment asks what you'll do with it on Monday.
